A swedish band recording in France, it’s not very common (ANDROMEDE STUDIO) ! ! ! Of course, the final touch was given by Dan SWANO. Released on OAKEN SHIELD (ADIPOCERE), BLOSRIT’s second record « OCULARIS INFERNUM » is, without any doubt black metal, and true black metal ! Introductions are very original, riffs are good balanced and often change. The voice of the singer could cold a fire... Believe me, the word « monotony » is banned from BLODSRIT‘s vocabulary ! You can feel the influence of great bands as Marduk, Immortal and Darkthrone but you can feel too the originality of the band. BLODSRIT has got its own style and its own sound. When you listen to this opus, you feel a cold wind through your head with sometime a very pleasant hotter breeze. I can confess you that I shiver when I listened to the introduction of « The rape of vestal purity » . The sound is very good except for cymbals, too distant for me ! To sum up, BLODSRIT are very professionnal, you could proudly dress up with your clothes made of leather and spikes and make you up in black and white and listen to this band, you will not be disappointed.
