Let’s talk about the split CD out on Redrum Records with Obscene. Where did you record it ? What experience do you hold from studio ? Are you satisfied with the result ?
We've recorded it last summer, in June 2004 and we're satisfied of the recording and with the final result. The 8 tracks were recorded at "Gemelli Studio", here in Italy.
What are your feelings about releasing this split CD with the support of the great Will Rahmer ?
Will is a grindgod and we're really glad to have released this split cd under his record label Redrum Records!
What do you think of Obscene ? Reviews on the net seem to be more fond of Bestial Devastation than Obscene… Something to add about this ?
Obscene is a good death metal band and we like it! About the reviews, we're happy that the reviewers like our sick music... maybe they prefer BD because we play a modern kind of grindgore like Gorerotted and Leng T'Che with an alchoolic and ironic attitude, more actual than the classic death/grind of Obscene.
Ahhh the good Macabre’s influences with some parts of L.D.O.H indeed Mortician. Are they your main bands’ references ?
We love Macabre, Mortician and L.D.O.H. and, of course, our music is strongly influenced by these great bands but we think that our music is also an original mixture of death and grindgore metal!
Do you follow a concept for your songs’ lyrics, a bit like Macabre and serial killers ?
'Til now no! But we're thinking to release a concept album for our next full-lenght. It'll be really sick and splatter so in the future check our slaughterhouse for more infos.
Dive into the event of the moment : « Splatter Mania ». This album is just releasing on Deadsun Records, what are the reasons that make you sign on this label ?
Deadsun Records is a very good label and we're sure that it will work to the best for the promotion and the distribution of this release!
What do you think of the other Deadsun Records’ releases ?
We don't know all the releases of Deadsun Records but we know that it has released very good bands like Gorgasm, Organ Harvest, Lex Talionis and many italian bands like SKW, Merendine Atomiche, Rain, Reapers etc
What do you think of the communication/relationship between the band and the label ?
It's good! JF is a cool buddy and he always replies all our questions
Even if I already know a bit your opinion about the italian scene, can you tell us the pros and the cons of this scene, and about all styles ?
Ok! The italian scene is not so good as the french, english or scandinavian scene, but there are some great bands like Lacuna Coil, Novembre, Cripple Bastards etc...
Can we find good extreme metal bands in Italy ? I think about well known bands like Cripple Bastards…
The extreme scene isn't so bad... Cripple Bastards is a legend here in Italy but there are also other good bands such as Rising Moon, Undertakers, Corpsefucking Art, Funeral Rape.
Are there good structures to support the italian underground scene : labels, zines, radios, associations… ?
There are some labels, but they prefer foreigner bands... the zines and e-zine are many and a they support the italian underground scene. About radios, only few small radios support underground!
Is there a kind of solidarity between the bands ? Or are they in a wild concurrence / competition ?
We don't know about this! we can only say that we're in good relationship with bands like Rising Moon, Funeral Rape, Corpsefucking Art, Mascons, Wormphilism.
Do you know well the french’s scene ? What do you think of it ? What are you favorite bands ?
Well, we like a lot the french extreme scene: Gronibard, Sublime Cadaveric Decomposition, Karmassacre, L.D.O.H., Inhumate, Purulent Execrator! There is a scene really extreme and crazy, with nice people that truly support the underground!! Great!!
A question out of purpose : what do you think about this famous hit « you’re my heart, you’re my soul » of Modern Talking ? (laughter)

Have you already think to make a cover of Zucchero ?
Yeah! We'll do a tribute album to Zucchero really soon! We love him ahahah!!!
What do you think of girls in metal ?
Girls in metal? Ahahahahah
Well, we’ll stop to joke, is one of you have other band project ?
Ok ok... well, only our drummer Brutal has a solo project called "Mental Shit" and he's actually looking for a label to release his sick musick!!
How do you run the promotion of the band ?
We do a massive email campaign.
Is it hard to find gigs in Italy ?
Yes, so we've signed with Headbanging Agency, a booking agency, to organize our gigs in Italy and in the rest of Europe.
